Best Photo Spots in Chicago
Chicago is one of those cities where the architecture does a lot of the work for you. Between the skyline, river views, rooftops, lakefront, and some seriously underrated corners, there are plenty of places worth stopping for a photo.
These are the spots I actually visited and photographed, and the ones I’d recommend if you want strong Chicago shots without spending your whole trip chasing locations.
Some are iconic, some are less obvious, but all of them gave me a view or backdrop that felt worth it.
💡 SHANE’S TIP
Chicago’s weather and light can change fast, especially near the lake. If you can, leave a little flexibility in your schedule so you can hit your favorite spots when the light and weather are actually working in your favor.
