London gave me royal traditions, skyline views, neighborhoods with completely different personalities, and some very random moments I loved. Changing of the Guard, Sky Garden, Camden, the London Eye, and yes, I made it to Nando’s.

Iceland was already giving glaciers, waterfalls, and hot springs, then we got lost in the woods and suddenly it was Blair Witch Project lol. Renting a car made this trip because we could stop whenever something looked worth seeing and just figure it out as we went.

Stockholm felt like the perfect mix of water, history, and Scandinavian calm. I cruised the archipelago, watched the Changing of the Guard, explored Gamla Stan, and somehow ended up riding a glass gondola over the city.

Barcelona gave me beach days, Gaudí, incredible views, and plenty of time to just explore. From Park Güell to Montjuïc and Mar Bella Beach, this trip had a little bit of everything I love.

Amsterdam was canals, museums, nightlife, and a couple of day trips that completely changed the feel of the trip. Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans ended up being some of the experiences that made this one really memorable.

Paris was great, but some of my favorite moments were the ones that felt a little unexpected. Think the Catacombs, Sainte-Chapelle, Versailles, the Louvre, and a birthday lunch with the Eiffel Tower right in front of me.
